We qualified to buy a house and needed a place to stay for a couple of months. They said we needed a security deposit, first months rent and 2 last months rent. ALMOST $3000!!!! That is borderline retarded. I know my credit is fine based on aproval for a house! If we put the money down then we can't use it on the house. If you are renting then you most likely aren't going to have $3k laying around. So they kept my $35 processing fee even though it states no where on the contract that this is a possibility. I think this is a scam and a cheap way to get $35 from people. They will definately hear from my attorney. I would not recommend this place to anyone. EVER. posted on Saturday, November 06, 2010
