WARNING, there are 2 Metro Glass Block Companies and they are NOT affilated at ALL. I did my research and this is what I found. Metro Glass Block 'INC.' in Mt. Clemens is an excellent company and has an 'A' rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been a family owned business for over 16 years. Their staff have been with them for 16 years also. Metro Glass Block in 'BERKLEY' is the company that has been receiving the horrible ratings. I wouldn't let this company within 10 feet of my home. I had my windows installed by Metro Glass Block, Inc. in Mt. Clemens and the woman answering the telephone was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. The installer did an awesome job. He was so pleasant and professional. He cleaned up after my installation and my house was immaculate when he left. I couldn't believe how fast the installation took. My windows are beautiful. I would highly recommend Metro Glass Block, Inc in Mt. Clemens.
