I would not recommend Minervas Bridal to any bride. I ordered a wedding gown in December 2010 for a wedding in August 2011. I did not receive my gown until July 2011. I had to make the majority of the calls from the time I found out my dress would not be shipped on time to the time it finally arrived in the store. Despite the number of times I was told I would get a call, I wound up having to call to get updates and to find out the dress was in the shop. My company relocated me in May 2011 to Nebraska, and this wedding shop was less than accommodating for my out of town status. I had made flight plans for June before I found out my dress would not arrive on time. I was limited on the time I could fly in in July - and the ladies did not listen to me and my schedule, which I conveyed numerous times on the phone. I did not receive a discount on the dress or the alterations. Please go elsewhere for your gown - you need consultants that will listen to you when you share your schedule, and that will follow up on what they say they will do. posted on Sunday, October 02, 2011
