Good afternoon, as a person who buys 8 to 10 bags of chips a month, I wanted to let you know of my dis-pleasure as to the quality of your product, say in the last two months. I have tried purchasing from two different locations, hoping it would make a difference, but it has not. They appear to be over-cooked and lacking the fine flavor I have come to expect. I so enjoy them when they are rolled over on themselves and are softer in texture, if that makes any sense. I wonder if you have changed oils, or potatoes or length of time in the ovens? I bought another bag on Saturday from the store in Huntley, which has a bar code # of 72277-00770. It had the same bad flavor and over-cooked taste. I do not mean to be judgemental or want anything in return, I am just a concerned consumer who enjoyed your product.
