Hello: I am a loyal customer because your boots fit, wear forever and look good. However I find that your insole is a little lacking in quality. In the last two pair I have purchased the insole has worn through at about 40% of the boots life. I also would like to know if there is a service to resole and heal my boots with original materials when they do wear down. None of the repair shops here can do this, or care to.
