I worked out of the Tuscaloosa, Al terminal. The guy over that terminal is Richard Harwood. I had a VERY bad experience with trying to get loads and my paycheck. I would sometimes have to drive 6 or 7 hours to get a load and when your paid a percentage you dont get paid for that. (he didnt care it wasnt coming out of his pocket) Then i was fired because i asked to drive 1 and a half hours home while i was waiting on him to find me a load. He then told his bosses that i quit which is total BS! Now he seems to have lost a weeks worth of paperwork that he doesnt want to pay me for and when i asked about my pay for the week i was called a 'sorry mother f@#$%#'. my advice is stay away from this bunch.
