Contacted company about a simple drying conveyor. Was told that they would quote and would have a very short lead time. Couple weeks later after the holiday break, I called Peter to check on the quote. He barely remembered me, and then proceeded to say that he was uninterested in quoting to provide the dryer, which they boast to be part of their primary business. Not very impressed with this company at all, and they surely wont be getting any additional inquiries from my company! Peter should be ashamed.
