We went to the Rudy's in Houston, TX today, 11/23/2010 and purchased brisket X-Lean (a pound +). I have never been more dissatisfied with your bar b q. We have eaten there multiple times, since it opened, as well as having birthday parties at your restaurant. This meat is full of fat and very greasey. I don't think my family will even eat it, but this is suppose to be dinner tonight, and not to mention the cost!
