Horrible is an understatement for their service department and overall customer service. I went to them and got excellent service from the sales team, but as soon as I got out the door with a new car nothing has gone right. They make promises to call you back, but don't. They make promises to come get your car by a certain time, but don't. The Service department is all out of touch with technology, not something Ford wants when they are trying to be the brightest and best with technology in their car. Once I finally got a loaner car, it was on low fuel equipped with no snow scraper in the middle of winter. Seriously? I will never go back... save your time and a headache go somewhere else!!
