Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing and Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques (Judo and wrestling) and situational self defense. Our programs specialize for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well.
