Brooklyn Martial Arts Instruction 2546 East 17th Street Bars Boxing and Kickboxing specializes in three types of Martial Arts: Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai.

Our classes are for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. Our martial arts school can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. The facility is fully loaded with ring, heavy bags, weights, and conditioning equipment. You will receive a great physical workout which can improve confidence and also help to lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing and Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques and situational self defense. The guiding principle of our schedule is that every technique must be able to be performed against a resisting opponent in live drills.
