I have used Edgar Morris for over 20 years and was very pleased with the product until recently having placed an order for several products one being the Multi-Nutritional Gel. When I received my shipment the Gel container was not sealed and most of the gel was not in the container. I submitted two emails and also left a v-mail for customer service requesting information on replacing the product. I never received a response for the email or the v-mail. Being a former distributor for Edgar Morris many years ago, I find the customer service for follow-up very poor. And even though I have used Edgar Morris and have always had great results, I will not be ordering any further products.
