I am trying to learn the status of what was Case No.06-80614-CIV-Hurley/Hopkins filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The case was certified a class action on Jan. 3, 2008. The plaintiffs are listed as Robert Snee, Robert Greco and Judith Greco individually and on behalf of all others similaly situated. I am a member of the class and I have not been notified of any action or disposition of the case. The suit lists Phillips and Garcia, P.C., Carlin Phillips, Esq. as Lead Counsel.
