am a very unhappy potential customer. was told there's the showroom..no explanation. when had a question to ask, waited patiently for a rep to help and saw they were helping another customer, after 5 minutes of waiting, and not being asked can I help you or I'll be right with you, went back to looking. the rep never came back to see if there was something they could help me with. How rude!
