Service is very poor, delivered new tractor with non operational. Tractor was serviced under warranty many times. They broke asmuch as they fixed, would return tractor with missing screws. Drove tractor into driveway and jammed in 3rd gear,then thier service tech put it back where he found it, and left. Do not buy from them, unless you want to be frustrated to no end.
