The cities in the area of WAVE Transit Buses of Mobile, AL have forced discrimination practices onto the riders and users of the buses since 2004, at least; this is caused by Alabama's citizenry who do unlawful acts to force court action. The Dept of Transportation regulations and Federal Trade Commission rules, as well as the Equal Employment Act, plus state laws managing work hours (times to break; times and places to lunch; qualified personnel) contain the use of public transportation, however, few to none are competent in law or administrative agency duty to contact the FED Gov't administrative agencies about the failure of local cities to support or report the buses and its practices of catering to a few citizens. posted on Thursday, November 08, 2012
