Not a good experience!! We ordered from them, noting the items listed were IN STOCK on their website. Part of the order arrived and we called them to find out when the rest would. We were told it was out of stock. We emailed back asking about refund or similar products, they emailed back mentioning a credit and a link to a page of similar products. We checked the link, and guess what? The item was still listed as IN STOCK! On their site it says if something is not in stock they cancel the order, refund immediately. They never even advised us it wasnt until we asked. Luckily we paid with PAYPAL we contacted PAYPAL, emailed gotoforms/rapidsupplies/metro forms, they finally decided to refund, but we have to wait 3-5 days for the refund! They were paid immediately when we ordered.
