If you are still old fashion enough to like customer service this may not be the best choice. We ordered brochures and letter head. The brochures are very well done. However we have not received the letter head yet. Our big problem was no one returns calls within a reasonable amount of time. Even when trying to place the order it took a month because a message was left or someone had to check into it and would 'get back to us' which ended up with us calling them. Even with the lost letter head it has taken a month to get it taken care of.The lack of customer service took alot away from the good work and the good pricing. posted on Wednesday, November 10, 2010
