On September 23, 2010 I ordered 1 Fine Furniture Polish, Invoice #588. I never received the polish but my credit card payment did go through and my statement showed that it had cleared. About three or four weeks ago I called and spoke to a young woman who apologized and said that a replacement bottle would be sent immediately. I still have not received the polish and I see that you have removed all phone numbers and e-mail contacts from your website.What is going on? If you have decided to only sell wholesale I respect that decision but you should honor past orders that were accepted. Your 'website' is more than difficult to navigate and seems, in fact, to be deceptive. I would like to hear from you to clear this up.

This is kinda odd but thought you might find it interesting. I have no idea as to where I bought this but I got it out and used it today. This polish is absolutely amazing! Even after 35-40+years, it's still great! The glass jar it's in is super thick and heavy. I'd love to buy more! No residue left after polished an dry to the touch!!
