This company has the worst company support I have experienced in the 30 years I have owned a small business. They are rude on the phone, won't return voice mails and ignore emails. We left 5 different voice mails over changing out bill option without a callback. We had question about our access roster and over week with no return email or phone call. They are cheap but you get what you pay for. There are companies that want you business these guys just want you money.
