some time ago we were coming of Mr. Zhao Zhonghua, Division Manager, Overseas Marketing Dept. Engineering Company, of SEPCO the arrival of Mr. Zhao has been our meeting with the provincial Government of North Sulawesi of Indonesia through the related Department of mines and Energy also Construction Dept (for High Way Business) North Sulawesi province of Indonesia, a big company SEPCO as had sent the wrong people because it could not quickly to make an explanation of the results of the meeting in Manado, North Sulawesi Indonesian. the opportunity that has been presented by head of the Department of mines and Energy had to be dealt with immediately followed up where electric power selling price by 25 cents/Kwh is the price set by the Government, as well as the results of talks with the head of the Department of Construction Dept of business high way which has been given the opportunity for a meeting here in Jakarta, but no response from Mr. Zhao, even since we drove to the hotel there was no response from Mr Zhao about preparation to the fore and even up to Mr. Zhao's home to Jakarta he did not pass on a thank you to our help him while in Manado, so we decided that a professional company Sepco instead and no good perform ,
We are very disappointed and embarrassed in front of the provincial Government of North Sulawesi, Indonesia, and we need to ask whether Mr. Zhao is an employee of Sepco or broker?
