Flushing Youth Organizations and Centers 5405 Seabury St South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!) was founded to develop the leadership skills and talents of South Asian youth in New York City. Ever since then we've been offering young people a safe space to be themselves.Young people from countries like Afghanistan, Bangladesh , Guyana, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Trinidad participate in our programs. Some of these teenagers have just recently arrived in the U.S., others were born here. No matter what, they share a bond with each other as South Asian youth. May young people are faced with cultural identity and adapting to a new American culture.

SAYA! is also involved with advocacy efforts, to raise public awareness and promote greater peace and unity among young people of diverse racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds.
