I was going through the Drive thru late yesterday afternoon. Told the girl I wanted three separate orders but I was paying for it all on my credit card.
I explained to her I was just wanting them in separate boxes. She refused to serve me at the window. Said she could only do 2 orders. So I went inside to find the girl that waited on me was extremely rude..... As much as I like eating at the Varsity and have eaten there for many years. I don't think I have ever had anyone be nice, but yesterday I could not believe how terribly rude the employees were. I will not be eating there anymore.
I think you all need to have a training program., because people are getting tired of the bad attitudes there.
I will find somewhere else to spend my money.
