Dont know about the store but the web site (spapartsnet.com) is extremely slow to respond to requests.. i ordered my parts more than 2 weeks ago and have yet to have recieved them. Have called and sent numerous email inquiries into what the problem is with little to no response.

Spa parts is pretty much out of business. Can't get the parts, can't get my money back. I've since got the parts from a local business. Communication is zero. Shipping dept phone number's voice mail box is full. They did ship some parts, but not others, then fell of the earth. We'll I told you so.

Perry Petsanas says Spa Babes Inc
Spa Babes, Spa Parts Net, whatever you call them, beware. They charged my credit the minute I ordered parts, shipped half of them, and promised to refund me the $50.00 for the parts they didn't ship. Well, the refund never came, and now I can't get in touch with them. Well, I'm out $50.00- not happy- caveat emptor - let the buyer beware !
