I had recently obtained a storage unit with Storage Deluxe. They had set up a moving appointment with your company to move some items over to the storage facility on Saturday, November 27th 2010. I received a confirmation for the afternoon pick-up for Tuesday, November 30th. Today, Monday the 29th, I returned a missed call from your office at 3:15pm. The customer service representative on the line had told me that my pick up time had to be moved due to an over booking of pickups for Tuesday. When I asked why this representative of your company was rude, belligerent, unaccommodating and insisted to speak to me in a tone that is unacceptable in any customer service oriented business.
