She also provides opportunities and tools for clearing old thought patterns, energy blocks and old agreements-conscious and not-so that each person has more choice and possibility for living in joy. Her approach is filled with compassion, belief in the wisdom of each person, intuition, and experience from years of living her own life.

Vida provides her knowledge of working with groups and individuals in the workplace, offering her ability as a coach to help them uncover and realize their gifts, talents and skills to improve effectiveness within their work setting. Her offerings include Perceptual Thinking Patterns, a model that teaches how our mind organizes, problem solves and creates which are important tools for effective work. She also teaches coaching skills to leaders helping to increase their ability to lead and grow the capacity of their teams.

Vida believes that it is as important to enhance interpersonal and intrapersonal skills as it is to grow our technical skills in these times of great stress and change.
