We joined Triangle Tang Soo Do when we moved to Cary five years ago and have been very pleased. We initially chose Triangle Tang Soo Do because of the open-age class format â€' meaning adults (parents) and children can attend the same class. This structure allowed us to make martial arts one of our regular family fitness activities. Many other schools have separate adult and child classes, which makes it hard for parents to participate. The school is well run and Master Irving maintains a positive and family-friendly atmosphere The black belts don’t come easy â€' usually 4+ years or so of consistent practice â€' but that is what makes you believe you have earned it.
