Terrible customer service - do not deliver at a time they set and do not communicate. I took an annual leave day to accept delivery at 10am on a weekday, they didn't arrive. After over an hour grace, I rang and was told it wasn't happening today, how about tomorrow. We negotiated that they would try to deliver on that day or else call me - neither happened. It's now the next day and I haven't heard anything more after contacting them again. B-A-D.
