I think they should outlaw cooperatives especially townhouses, they are to close together, to much noise especially at night, you can hear everything going on in the apartments, I was sitting by the swings and a couple of kids were playing and making sounds like they were getting busy. You have bylaws and rules but no one seems to follow these, if you complain to management they want you to fill out a form, what for no one follows the rules anyhow, you have people moving in with a family that is there already and they move out, does management say anything, I don't believe they even know what goes on in these courts. posted on Friday, July 20, 2012
