My husband recently purchased the 'serger' Necchi sewing machine for me for a gift. A few weeks later, I opened it and discovered the 'serger' that he paid for, was not a 'serger'...when he called the company on it...it was past the 3 days return policy, and no refund would be given...even though...through false advertising, a nasty customer service rep, the wrong product had been sold to him...there was nothing he could do.I will never purchase or use anything this company touts, nor will I recommend anyone buy anything from this shoddy enterprise.
