GCS is a small tech company that charges you $37.50 per 15 minutes of support. They set you up to go live before you are ready and you need more and more support, therefore charging your company over 12K in fees. This company led my company to go live with a system for apparel before even checking that our EDI was set up correctly, therefore when testing all of our customers took 2x as long as they should. The project managers of this comapny have no patients are not helpful. I have only found help from one guy at their office and he is on the west coast. There are no managers to guide you through your implementation process, nor anyone to double check your data entry once it is in the system.
