I was very disappointed with their service. Two years in a row they could not get my billing correct and when I had a tax question the staff would not allow me to talk to Cindy Moats. I had to personally contact the IRS and answer questions that the tax repairer should have been answering. I paid a lot of money to do my taxes and when I have tax questions the staff said the could take care of it for a fee.
