I would say the same as the others, trade shows. Also, eetnvs that attract large numbers of African Americans like, R B concerts, rap concerts, Historically Black College eetnvs (football, basketball games), the Essence Festival (I think is in New Orleans every year), Black Enterprise does some eetnvs as well, and check with your local African American elected officials. They could give you some leads on eetnvs that they attend or have heard about. Cultural Festivals are usually an annual event. Check with your tourism office. They may have a calendar of eetnvs for the year. The annual eetnvs should appear in there. Hope this helps you.

Irritated Customer! view on Ellettsville Water and Waste
Horrible customer service! Horrible! I have NEVER seen a company wait two months to send a first bill, then send a disconnect notice a week after the first bill is received! And then to shut the service off just a few days after the disconnect notice is sent! It is ridiculous that customers have to put up with such nonsense; this isn't even counting the insane deposit that must be made in cash before service can even be started!
